Once you are satisfied that you have made the correct choices, complete the transportation and passenger information and click the Purchase button. Your booking is now made and the details will appear on the screen, confirmation email will also be sent via email.
Q What's the price? AThe price is dependent on the service you require and the information you submit when booking, the vehicle, the supplier, the amenities and the date and time, they are all included in the overall reservation price.
Q Can I see comments from other users? AYes, customer feedback is available on each of our service provider’s web site and a link is provided to them.
Q How long will it take for TheRouteBox.com to confirm a booking? ANo time at all, all our bookings are confirmed instantly. All bookings have a reference number which should be stored safely and used in any future correspondence with TheRouteBox.com. TheRouteBox.com will also send you a confirmation emailand reference number.
Q We have small children, can we get seats for them? ASome of our service provider’s supply baby (0 – 2 years) and/or infant (3 – 11 years) seats, the availability for service providers can be found in the general information section at step 2 of your booking.
Q What are the amenities? AAmenities are additional services that service providers offer, for example a baby or child seat, water, champagne.
Q How can I view an existing reservation? AOn the home page of Theroutebox.com, click the 'Manage your booking' button and complete the details of your booking.
Q Can I change a booking? AThe Booking cannot be changed but it can be cancelled without charge within the service provider’s cancellation terms. On the home page of Theroutebox.com, click the 'Manage your booking' button, fill in your reservation details and follow the cancellation instructions.
Q When does the Service provider receive the booking? AImmediately, the supplier receives the reservation at the same time that you receive booking confirmation.
Q Do the service providers have age restrictions? AThe minimum booking age is 21. If a child wants to book, they must be accompanied by an adult.
Q Can I have the telephonenumber of the service provider? AYour confirmation email will include the telephone number of the service provider.
Cancellations Q What is the booking cancellation policy? AEach service provider has an individual cancellation policy that can be found in the confirmation email or on the service providerweb site. As long as the cancellation is within the service provider’s cancellation terms, the reservation may be cancelled without charge.

Credit Card Q Why do I have to provide the details of my credit card? AThe service provider needs to be able to guarantee your booking in the case of a late cancellation or no show. It is your responsibility to check the payment conditions of each service provider at the time of booking and the on the booking confirmation. The service provider may pre-charge on the card to verify its validity or liquidity.Theroutebox.com can also verify the credit card with an authorisation of 0,01EUR which will never be charged.
Q Do service providers ask for deposits or payment in advance? AFull details regarding payment are specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that the service providerhas the right to check the validity of credit cards before your arrival. You should also check the conditions of payment of the service provider.
Q What credit cards can I use to make the reservation? AService providerswill usually accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express, although the service provider may not accept credit cards for the final payment. Information regarding methods of payment appears during the booking process and is on the booking confirmation.
Q Can I use a debit card to make a reservation? AYou can use a debit card if the system enables your debit card.
Q I have no credit card, can I make a reservation? ANo. It is compulsory to use a credit card to make a booking.

Service Q How do I find the driver? APick up instructions will be included in each confirmation email and can be found next to 'origin'.
Q What if I can’t find the driver? AIf you can’t find the driver, call the service provider on the telephone number on your booking confirmationor the driver via his mobile (his telephonenumber will be sent to you by e-mail approximately one hour before the service starts).
Q Can I change the service on arrival? AChanging services at destination should be done directly with the supplier and you should be aware that any changes may lead to a cost increase and are not guaranteed.
Q What is the refund policy? ATheroutebox.com does not have a refund policy as your contract is with the service provider.
Q What happens if I make a reservation but don’t show up? AIf you made a reservation and you don’t show up, the service provider will take the cost of your booking through your credit card.
