Passenger should know the pickup time and the procedure to be followed. The pickup instructions are in the booking. If a passenger does not find the chauffeur at the pickup time, date and place as per the pickup instructions, they should contact the supplier phone number. When the passenger leaves the pickup place without contacting the supplier, it will be considered a NO SHOW and the service will be fully charged.
The number of passengers at the pickup spot should never exceed the number of passengers included in the reservation
Through this website, we (Theroutebox.com and its affiliates) provide an online platform through which ground transportation Service Providers (including all entities involved in the transportation of persons) can advertise their services and web site visitors can make bookings. In making a booking through Theroutebox.com, you enter into a direct contractual relationship that is legally binding with the Service Provider that you have booked. From the moment you make your booking, we act only as intermediaries between you and the Service Provider, transmitting the details of the booking to the Service Provider and sending you a confirmation email on behalf of the Service Provider.
The information shown is based on information provided to us by Service Providers. Thus, Service Providers have access to an extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating the rates, availability and other information displayed on our website. Although we put in our best efforts for our service to be as accurate as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or current. Nor are we responsible for errors, including typographical errors, due to temporary and/or partial server maintenance, upgrades and maintenance of our web site or otherwise inaccurate, misleading or false information, or the lack of it. The Service Provider is responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of information (both descriptive as to the rates and availability of service) displayed on our website. However, these rates made by the Service Providers may lead to restrictions and special conditions, for example, regarding the cancellation and payment method. We ask you that you check all the service information and rate in detail to see the conditions before booking.
We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your service with driver. If you find the same Service Provider in Internet, with the same booking conditions and a lower price after booking with us, we will match the price in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Best price guarantee.
The currency converter is only indicative and you cannot trust that the amount is accurate, since exchange rates vary.
You will pay for your service directly to the Service Provider under the terms of payment for the service mentioned in the reservation.
Payment will be always made in local currency. The display in any other currency is indicative and based on today’s exchange rate.
Service Providers require data from your credit card as guarantee. So, we send that information directly to the Service Provider whom you made the booking to. Theroutebox.com will verify the validity of your credit card details using a pre-authorization. To protect and encode the information in your credit card, we use the "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)."
For some rates or special offers, keep in mind that your credit card must be pre-authorized or used as method of payment (sometimes without any option for refund) for the booking and confirmation thereof. In case of fraud or unauthorized use of third party credit card, most banks and credit card issuers cover all the expenses resulting from such fraud or misuse, which can sometimes be subject to a deductible fee? If the company issuing the credit card or bank will charge you this deductible amount d due to unauthorized transactions resulting from a booking made on our website, we will pay that amount (up to 50 EUR, or the local currency equivalent). Write in the category of 'subject' mail "credit card fraud" and please provide evidence supporting the allegation of the deductible amount (i.e: policy issuer credit card). This allowance applies to bookings made by credit card using the secure server on theroutebox.com and unauthorized use of your credit card on the secure server by our fault or negligence, for which you're not responsible.
When booking a Service Provider, you agree to its cancellation and no-show policy at the collection point duly mentioned in the booking (No Show), and other terms and conditions that affect your booking. This includes the services and/or products offered by the Service Provider. The general cancellation and no-show policy are available on our website during the booking process and e-mail confirmation. Please note that certain rates or special deals do not allow cancellations or changes. Ask for all relevant information from each service carefully to see the conditions before booking.
If you wish to review or cancel your booking, you can do it through the ‘manage your booking’ section in the Home page of the website. Note that you may be charged for cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy and no-show at the point of collection. We recommend you read these conditions carefully before booking.
By completing a booking, you agree to receive an email inviting you to complete the feedback form for you to fill after finishing the service. This report is uploaded to the information page of the Service Provider in our web site for the sole purpose of informing (potential) customers about your opinion of the service (level) and the quality of the Service Provider. We reserve the right to revise, reject or delete comments. The feedback form is a survey and does not include offers, invitations or inducements of any kind. Apart from e-mail confirmation and the invitation to complete the report of opinion, we will not send you any further notices, emails or correspondence (solicited or unsolicited), unless you specifically agree otherwise.
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions, we are only liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred due to defects attributable to our obligations in respect of our services, up to a total amount of the total cost of your booking as indicated in the confirmation email (whether by one event or a series of cases).
However, neither we nor any of our affiliates are responsible for: (i) loss or punitive damages, special, indirect or consequential loss of production, profits, revenue, contracts, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation and loss of claim, (ii) errors relating to information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the Service Providers at our website, (iii) services or products offered by the Service Provider, (iv) losses, damage or costs (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages) suffered, incurred by you or liability?, arising or relating to use, unavailability or delay of our website, or (v) for damages, losses or costs (personal injury, death , property damage, direct or indirect, special, consequential or punitive), to suffer, contract or liability? , either through acts (laws), errors, violations, negligence (gross), deliberate misconduct, omissions, breach, misrepresentation, strict liability or (fully or partially) attributable to the Service Provider (its employees, directors, staff, agents, representatives or affiliates), including any cancellation (partial), overbooking, strike, force majeure or other act beyond our control.

These terms and conditions and our services are governed by and drawn up in accordance with the laws in force in Spain and any dispute arising from these terms and conditions and our services will be presented only before a court of competent jurisdiction in Barcelona, Spain.
